Poisoned Speed has been around since September 2020. In that short period of time we released three demos, a compilation called „Quick and Dirty“ and in august we finally entered the stage to play our first shows. With this new EP we celebrate not only our live premiere and one-year-anniversary but also the long awaited return of live concerts.

Recorded at Wild Boar Wars Festival III in Frankfurt, this EP contains four tracks from “Quick And Dirty” and a brand new song called “Knife Gang”.

Rough and raw, no overdubs, no bullshit. An authentic take of our second gig and a wild celebration of Rock 'n' Roll.

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max.
